TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLASMA TELEVISION DRAW

• Employees of Poker Challenge and the venue in which the draw is conducted are not eligible to enter this promotion.
• In the event that Poker Challenge or the venue deems an entrant to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and consequently ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.
• In order to enter the Promotion, an entrant must reside in Australia or New Zealand.
• Poker Challenge's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
• Your participation in the Promotion is deemed your agreement that Poker Challenge may use your name, likeness or image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you expressly waive any claims against the company in this regard.
• You must be present at the time of the draw and have been registered to play poker to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 4 minutes of the draw it will be redrawn until such a time as the winner is present. Photo ID must be presented to confirm the winner.
• During the 3 month promotion there is a maximum on one TV that can be won per registered player. If a player should be drawn out a second time, there will be an automatic redraw.
• Tickets issued on the night of the draw will be included in following draw.
• The prize will be provided to the winner within 14 days of the draw.
• The prize is not transferable.
• The draw will be conducted by the venue using a random number generator. As such, Poker Challenge accepts no responsibility for the draw, which is under the control of the venue entirely.
